You need to understand that it's a joke. You know what jokes are there for? To get a laugh and provoke a reaction. You would make a BETTER point if you didn't give him the satisfaction of you reacting, especially when you try to create an argument just because you don't agree. That means what you did played right in to what the point of the thread was, while what you should have done was not spoken up.
