I was just wondering what makes people feel like they are cool as hell to get on the Net and brag about how drunk they are. Is it an inferiority complex? I don't understand the infatuation to get drunk and post on the Net all about it. Why? What purpose does it serve? Does it make the person feel better to see people post back, "Lol."? I know it's probably just me, but I do wonder that shit. Just doesn't make sense to me at all. Later, QD.

That is funny.. cause for once I can kinda say that.. I used to get drunk all the time like every weekend.. Now i get crazy here and there.. not close to like i used to. Yeah I got out and still drink.. but a social drink... I think the getting drunk every weekend is a phase that not everyone goes through but a good bit of people that drink will go through..

I understand, Youey(lolol). I had never drank before I was 25. I had tried it, of course. But the taste was so fucked up, I said fuck that. The taste wasn't worth it to me. But I decided to say fuck it again when I wasn't doing anything. I went to Ballyhoos and drank real quick so that I would get buzzed enough to not feel the bad taste. It didn't take much. After about 3 months, I thought that this is nothing but a waste of money, time and money and time. And stopped, never to touch the shit again. Bottom line...I hate the taste of it. Later, QD.

Yeah like me, I enjoy a drink with friends or a few, and like at Laurens party, me and Leisa had QUITE a few and Leisa got trashed and I got tipsy, But I never understood the use of going out every week, blowing god knows how much cash all weekend to get trashed, and then pay for it Monday morning......

well....QD, to answer your question....
if you check the age of the people who post on your subject, they are fairly young or the new 20 somethings.... and when you are drunk.....really, what else is there to do?
BUT.....there are some people out there that think it's cool to be drunk and do what we will call "fake drunk posting" these particular people have low self esteem to begin with and feel that they will be welcomed into a particular circle because some people can relate on getting trashed.
I just know when I get drunk the last thing on my mind is firing up the ole computer and start typing....but to some people it's funny....so it's cheap and easy entertainment for the drunk.

Life isnt great, but sometimes it gives people a reason to laugh and smile, when there is nothing else that can make them do those things.
And I can say i have not made but 2 bad posts, and those were hang over posts.my bad QD.
I just think its sad people have to turn to drinking to make them feel happy.
I know cause I use to live a life like that before I realized how stupid it was and a waste of time.
I think alot of things are sad and pathetic... no drinking doesnt fix things, but seems some people see it as a quick escape to dodge the bullshit in life they have caused or cant fix.
