I never seen them until I went there. Im sure somewhere else they may have them..
Put it this way, I stop @ green lights when im there.. Matter of fact, I stop at every intersection regardless if there is a light or not.
The biggest problem over there are folks in Motorcycles/scooters.. they drive like they own the streets. They have no fear at all and on top of that, if you see a person wearing a helmet over there, play the lotto, you may win..
Also, I have never seen big wheelers hauling ass like they do there.. I mean, they are booking it...
What you think that couldve been a close accident over there is actually normal driving. Put it that way.
