But you also have to understand, that if you were to meet him and get into a physical altercation over this shit, that he can point out your threats and they are viewed as intent. I'm not saying it's right or anything, I'm just saying you shouldn't set yourself up for a bad situation. If someone says something that pisses you off, it is intended for strictly that, the best retaliation is to ignore it, it isn't THAT important.
