It was not the place to callout somebody per the rules, and i agree. But at the same time he admitted to fault in a wreck that could have easily killed two occupants and left an innocent person with a totaled car because mathew was acting like a moron. I can't under any circumstances justify protecting somebody like that. People like that are the ones who are slowly ruining this scene. Living in the mountains I want the maximum opportunity for jackasses like that to be prosecuted for acting like fools. It sucks now, more patrol and grief for import drivers because yet another case is on the books. Protecting and hiding information in such a case doesn't help at all.
Well instead of bitching about it to me (which I have already told you wont help). Go to a police officer and file a report. If they deem it credible enough, they can get the info with a warrant. Or like I said before, and Admin can unlock it.

The police aren't going to issue a criminal warrant. This is a civil matter that has to be handled by the insurance company.
I was in a similar situation as Alan about 10 years ago. I got T-boned by a Taurus at the intersection of Barret Pkwy and I-575. The owner of the car opened the claim with his insurance company and gave them a fabricated story about the accident. Faxing the police report to his insurance company cleared up any doubts as to which party was at fault.

like said below, the police were called, both insurance companies have been notified. on the police report, i have 0 contributing factors to the accident and matthew has atleast on contributing factor.
