Why did the accuser refuse to testify? As soon as that money was in his pocket, all he was concerned with was the case being closed. That's weird. To quote a great 1970s band, Evan Chandler said, "Go on, get your money and run." And that's what he did. Why was the case closed after that and also for lack of evidence. Not to mention MJ was never even charged.

So a child's innocence was only about a dollar amount and not about that child? Damn.

Not to mention late last year, The Father committed suicide because of what he made his son do to MJ.

But alas, I must ask you this in reference to the quote below that YOU made on January 9, 2010 at 9:11am:

"im not trying to convience you that michael fucked children"

Why did you say you're not trying to convince me but still trying to push your opinions on me by tactical means? Later, QD.
Here are some more facts to back this up...

He's nasty, he's mean, he's smart and he's hungry for publicity. Everything's going to a certain plan that isn't just mine. Jackson is an evil guy, he is worse than that and I have the evidence to prove it. If I go through with this, I win big-time. There's no way I lose. I will get everything I want and they will be destroyed forever...Michael's career will be over.
and then in a later phone conversation, when asked how he felt this would affect his son

"That's irrelevant to me...It will be a massacre if I don't get what I want. It's going to be bigger than all us put together...This man [Jackson] is going to be humiliated beyond belief...He will not sell one more record"
sounds like a cut and dry case of a father wanting justice for a child molester to me
