DJ, it may not be all that bad...
I had mine pulled w/out being sedated...It hurt while it was being done and hurt directly afterwards and then I took the prescribed pain killer and had zero pain after that...Each person's ordeal with wisdom teeth removal is different...I've heard all the horror stories from friends and whatnot but it damn sure wasn't anything close to that for me. I smoked a cig an hour after having the removal done and I ate solid food that same evening...A steak at that.
