B, if you are not legaly seperated, its cheating on you, adultry... not looked good upon in courts.
As far as him admiting that, i would kill him.. , but,.. call defax, and be right there to pick your daugher up to "just get her away from the sitiuation" for a bit... even if he was playing around when he said it, defax doses not take it lightly!
