my dad's old friend was married for five years. The wife and him had two kids. the two divorced. there was no rules set that i know of for custody. i know he went to hang out with them, and the wife agreed. after a few hours, the police came and arrested him. he was put in jail for two years (i believe?) because she said he had kidnapped the children.
