QD you're a commercial truck driver who has taken pictures from a moving vehicle that you're in command of on a public road. (so have I) That is poor judgement. Train conductors have derailed trains doing the same thing (i.e. texting, pictures etc). It's along the same lines - being dumb while you're driving. We all have done it. But at that time you/we are thinking "I got it, I'm in control" until something like this happens. Doesn't make it right, but it does make it where I can say I'm not gonna pretend that we all haven't pushed it or exercised poor judgement in public... this guy just payed the ultimate price.
Should the SUV people have to pay? No... I feel for them and their families.
Nothing wrong w/ standing by your convictions tho - +1.
