Who cares?
When it comes down to it, Mike may seem like an asshole sometimes, but he is consistent.
He is always the same. He never waivers in his outlook and he is fair.
Yeah, he is arrogant, but he has worked to build his own company. Anyone who makes themselves successful has the right to be arrogant.
I don't always see eye to eye with Mike, but I am not so immature as to call him out and try to make him back down. I know that we could have a discussion without bitching and moaning about how unfair he is.
