I have NEVER banned anyone that had an OPINION difference with me. Like if i say my favorite color is blue and you say red, i wouldnt ban you over that, even if you got so mad you started calling me names or something.

The only time i ban people is when they
A) Cross the line severely
B) Break rules repeatedly
C) Have been a member for a long time, and break simple rules like not posting NWS in a NWS thread.
D) Asking a user to politely stop or tone down something and they react like a jackass or ignore me.

Thats it.

Our problems arose when you started using this site like it was your own personal playground. Normally, i really dont pay attention to the WL or other forums, i usually log in, hit new posts, and read. Very rarely do i go into a thread or read the whole site, i have 22 other forums i have to read everyday for business reasons so my time is limited.

But occasionally, i will post a thread, topic etc. You started whoring my threads up, even after i had POLITELY asked you to tone it down. You didnt listen, i banned you for 3 days. Ever since then you have been on this "IM SO BUTTHURT AGAINST MIKE HE ABUSES HIS POWER" trip.

Facts are this, you have ZERO IDEA what it is like to moderate/admin a site. Importatlanta lets 99% of the bullshit go. We dont run this site like any other. Go try some of your shit on Honda-Tech, SupraForums, 240Atlanta, WRX Atlanta, Nasioc, etc. You would be booted in the first 5 min.

Truth is we all (every mod and admin) let A LOT SLIDE. A LOT. But, every few months, some users try to push that envelope (you , george, evan, maniac etc) and we have to get tough for a week to reign in the few renegades trying to start shit. When we crack down you guys go make boo hoo threads about how we mods are nazis and we suck, abuse our powers, blah blah blah blah. There are rules here that we dont enforce all the time because we trust MOST of you to have a certain realm of mature thinking. There is shit i could delete and lock EVERYDAY but i leave it alone. Its only when it gets pushed so far that i have to take action, then it is like CLOCKWORK the threads that pop up "well we got away with it for xxxxx and no one did anything" or "so and so said the same thing and nothing happened to him"

Look you can speed on the highway all day. You may not get caught. But that doesnt mean you arent breaking the rule/law. Eventually you will get caught or get a ticket. Think about that for a moment.

As far as people not liking me, i dont know how many times i can say this, I DONT CARE. If every person on here voted that i was an asshole, douchebag, it wouldnt change my frame of mind 1 bit.

A) SOrry, but of the people on IA that i actually KNOW and consider friends (maybe 10 people tops) the rest of you users are nobodys. WHat i mean is people i have never met, dont know, dont hang out with, maybe shared a PM or a post in a thread. I dont know you, you dont know me, so if you think i suck based upon my responses on an internet forum, i probably dont want to get to know you anyway.

B) I dont need peoples positive words or encouragement to make myself feel better . i definetly dont have a self esteem problem. Im an arrogant, ambitious person that speaks his mind. I dont back down from anyone, but i also dont go looking for a fight either. I guess when you get older you mature and figure that part out.

Anyways this long ass rant was to basically say, stop bashing the mods, they do a good job, people cross the line , USERS AND MODS, it happens, this isnt a perfect system and we werent given a manual when we got "promoted". IA isnt my life, and its becoming less and less every week. Dont like me? Oh well, you arent the first person, doubt you will be the last.

you lost your mod rights for pretty much most of the posts you say online everyday. You are immature, plain and simple. You have a chip on your shoulder, you cant be reasoned with, you have a temper, when you cross the line you say what you THINK people want to hear, pretty much you have no spine. You just lack (and have been for awhile) the qualities of a good moderator. And like i said in PMs, it was nothing personal, and it wasnt MY decision even though you insisted it was and continued to yell at me like it was some personal vendetta. Oh well, its painfully obvious you are still butthurt over losing those powers, im sure you will get over it one day
