What is the fastest speed you have ever done on a road, not track?

Ive seen videos of people going like 200MPH+ in modded corvettes in Canada but thats crazy.

How fast have you been when you were driving? What car? Where?

130ish in the current car (I deleted my previous post due to forgetting how much QD likes ripping on folks for that sort of stuff... wasn't a street race, just me acting stupid on a pretty much empty highway at 3am) and got a ticket for 106 in a 55 (on 285) in my old 4cyl 93 mustang.

Im not publicizing how fast ppl go, this is just the fastest they have ever been, not like they are gonna get on 85 and go at 130mph to work.

Editing posts huh Brett? lol.. assuming you weren't referring to me... I dont think it's "cool" to speed, but I do enjoy it. I "average" 75-80 (the average speed for just about anybody in atlanta on the higway) on the highway 99% of the time, but yes, occasionally I do like to get on it... not everyone is just into show cars = P and like i said, i wasn't racing anybody.... just decided to get on it one night heh.

my ava says it all. i slowed a lil before the pic was takin. this was a one time deal in fla on I75 in the early am.

*edit i forgot i had to resize it to fit. i was doin 140+. my speedo only reads 140 but i had it burried to the m in mph.

i held the steering wheel in an STi at 135 to see if it was shaking or anything but there was nothing, great car, that was on a sunday morning on the way to St. Louis at like 7
