No shit. I spent 45 minutes in line at the DMV up here today, and that was before I got to the desk to tell the lady what I was there for. All I needed to do was change my address back too. After I got my ticket it took 10 minutes for them to call me to the window and 5 for my new license to print. Shit sucked.

But, if you want to talk about loli heaven....... LOL
