    Default Energy Drink Safety

    Is there a limit to the number of energy drinks one can consume in a day?

    I'm on number 3 and it's not even 11.
    I'm just that guy that spends all his time printing.... T-shirts, banners, vinyl, etc.

    There is a warning on the side of some energy drinks. I can't remember what it says the recommended limit is though. I'll try to find it.

    its 3 yo. Because of the amount of Niacin in each. If you consume more than 3grams of niacin in a day it can and most likely will cause kidney poisioning

    but I consume on regular maybe 5 a day. I've cut back. I just had a BFC yesterday and its been my first in a week maybe more

    Redbull, when I would do the whole Redbull and Jager/Vodka deal, would fuck my stomach up.

    I have tried the 5 hour energy shots a few times and in addition to tasting like ass, they have really not done me any benefit whatsoever.

    i was told if you drink too many, you're close to a stroke if your eye starts to twitch....and a couple days later it started, but i was drinking the green monsters with the twist off tops.
