We have agreed (verbally, so it doesn't mean shit) that I will get Shelby for 2 months in the summer and a week for either Thanksgiving/Christmas. I tried to get her to agree to 6 months/6 months or 3/3/3/3 but she said that was "asinine".

What exactly is "asinine" about a father wanting to see his daughter?

Absolutely nothing. You could actually fight for full custody and posibly win not sure on how the adultry works in court rooms with child custody. But you could look into it though.

i know most fathers don't get it because of that. But im not sure about someone commiting adultry especially the female.

not all true on the mother comment. I am in court now so I can't say much, but I can say a good lawyer is well worth the moneyy. Especially one with an on site PI
