    I don't see how someone can say that they love you and then turn around and stab you in the back that way. Lies hurt more than the truth to me. Id rather be told that you don't want to be with me anymore rather than be lied to and then find out later about it. Hurts 10x worse.

    Anyone who commits adultery during marriage should have to pay for the divorce, emotional harm, etc...And the assets and custody issues should favor the person who did NOT cheat. I mean, when you vow to pledge yourself to someone in sickness/health how do you forget that.

    Absolutely nothing. You could actually fight for full custody and posibly win not sure on how the adultry works in court rooms with child custody. But you could look into it though.

    The state has a hard time getting away from the "The mother is always the best parent" mentality.

    You could get customdy, but you need a good lawyer (and hope you dont have a shaky past)

    i know most fathers don't get it because of that. But im not sure about someone commiting adultry especially the female.

    not all true on the mother comment. I am in court now so I can't say much, but I can say a good lawyer is well worth the moneyy. Especially one with an on site PI
