Thats how mine were, Mine got really swollen on one side so I went to the dentist that day, next day was getting xrays at the oral surgeons office, and a week later they were out.

I didn't have insurance.. that was the only shitty part. But it's really not that bad. Lots of milkshakes and ice cream...
