I think it's a mix of different trees and plants. I don't think it's just a single type tree.
Pine is the worst type. It is the bright yellow/green color. If you see a pine thicket and the wind is blowing you can actually see a yellow cloud blowing through the air.
So its PINE we see, thats what Im looking to know, what the one is we see ( The green shit )

That is a Bradford Pear tree. When they bloom it is an awful smell. If anyone is looking to landscape with them, DON'T, you will hate them later. A good alternative is the dogwood. I hate Bradford's.

ahhhhh i love having a truck you don't gotta worry about keepin it clean....and i ride with my windows down everywhere so i keep those cleanin wipes and protectant wipes in my backseat to clean up the interior every couple days
