Hi, I'm inquiring in this thread regarding the situation involving the OP that still has not returned owed money for 3 months now. ($US340)

I am now willing to take legal action but do not know where would be the best place recommended to contact. I read through this list but am unsure on which department to contact.

Someone informed me of the following:
"First off its on the internet, over state lines which makes it Federal, and the amount he took you for in Texas is a felony, and not the probationary type, with all that proof you have, their bound to look into it, you have his real name, numbers, and on the other forum you provided a link to, all of his "balla" wannabeisms. I'm sure the feds didnt get there tax money for some of his money, (hint, hint) Georgia doesnt take kindly to theft either, and the state should pick it up.......get the email for the city of Atlanta PD, and give them the links, and proof you provided"


Any help on where I should contact if any of you have been through a similar situation would be greatly appreciated. As stated in my original feedback thread, upon receiving my refund I am willing to send some financial compensation to whoever helps me track down this gentlemen (In a safe, legal manner) to resolve this issue.

If someone can help me out and would rather stay anonymous please send a PM, it would be most appreciated. Thanks IA community.

Agreed. There are numerous claims by XLR8NMR2 that he is in gangs and multiple threats by him to kill people. If I were gonna file a police report against him, I would definitely mention all of that info. He can claim left and right that they were jokes, but they are in writing and the police have to take that seriously.

Spoke with Alpharetta PD ( I believe that's where Atl PD transfered me to).

Was called back by the officer/investigator and because it was an online business transaction between citizens of 2 different states I will file the report in my hometown then they contact the appropriate PD that would be associated with the individual wherever he lives in ATL.

Mark you can still browse and read the forum even if you're banned.

You have my address, mail me a cashier's check, you don't need a new bank account...
