Why would you not ship it the day of payment? The money was in your account and $340 is plenty for shipping. It sucks you got in a wreck, but you are in the wrong on this one.

#1 My orginal offer for the skirts was $400 and he agreed to pay it. Then he says he only has $340 so i was sick of waiting and said fuck it i'll ship just give me some time

#2 Shipping turned out to be like $140+ so i was taking a hit and asked him to send more money or i will give you a refund...he cried and said ship them so i told him fuck it i'll ship it but "GIVE ME TIME"

#3 He gave me about a week or so to ship sidekirts he got a deal on and made a claim on paypal which froze my account for a month or so i couldn't ship because i use that account for all my ups shipping

#4 During this time i closed my bank account and paypal still has it as my primary account so right now i am trying to get paypal to delete the old account and start a new account with my new bank but it's taking forever and i don't have the time nor the patience...
