Firefightin' tC...to the Middle East, bish!

Alot of you guys don't know me, but for those who do...and for those of you who don't know.

As of May 27th, I will be headed for the Middle East as a Firefighter/EMT for Northrop Grumman, a defense/security firm that's under contract with the United States Department of Defense.

There I will be on a military base/town which houses the United States Armed Forces as well as they DoD civilians and employees.

I will overseas for an entire year with 30 days paid vacation, so I can come home from time to time. This is a chance of a lifetime and something I couldn't pass up so I jumped on it as soon as I could.

And yes, I am resigning as a Clayton County Firefighter until I return home so hopefully I will be able to pick up right where I left off with a shitload of experience underneath my belt.

I know I'm leaving alot of good people and alot of good friends, but I will be back home in a few months...I promise.

To those who know me and I talk to on the I will have my cell phone and I will have my laptop and internet access, you can't get rid of me that easily.

I love every single one of ya'.

And oh yes...expect a SHITLOAD of pictures.

Good luck and congrats, man...I was offered a job with a company in that part of the world and even though the money would have been crazy, I turned it down....Not a good time to be an American anywhere near where you're going....Be safe!
