    According to Taketomi, true VIP style tuning is limited to only 10 Nissan and Toyota models: Nissan President, Cima, Gloria, Cedric and Fuga; Toyota Celsior, Century, Aristo, Crown and Majesta.

    100k for 900-1000sq feet isn't that bad; i think they stated they are going to have build to order for people who want larger models. very cool concept though.

    I would certainly live in that. I love the design of it. Very contemporary.

    Last year I inquired with the city on zoning laws and permits for building my house out of shipping containers. It's something that a lot of architects are doing now. It was a long drawn out process, but they basically said OK as long as everything is up to code. The the housing slump started and all my dreams were crushed. I'm still planning on doing it, but it will have to wait.
