Let me educate you a little bit before you continue to look dumb.

Anytime you get a ticket, you are being arrested and released on your own recognizance, using your license in lieu of bail. So technically you can be arrested for anything that breaks a traffic law.

Also Bill Nye, you may want to reconsider your wonderful plan of attempted reckless driving based on the penalties.
