the impact ones from autozone are very high quality, i use them on aircraft.
How do they feel? Are they flexible? Protect from heat?
they are nice, good for general maintenance, little intricate items like 1.4 inch nuts nad such shouldnt be tried with them, if you can drop them, but great heat protection (i use them after we run the engines up to 1000+ *C, cools to id imagine 200 or so *c rigth after shutdown) and htey do fine
I love them and were only 30 bucks
Hmm... Thanks for the advice. I'll check em out.

Theres are glove very much like Mechanics gloves at HomeDepot, Except they have different gloved for different jobs. They are about the same price but The ones at HomeDepot fit better and have better padding IMO.Originally Posted by mp5o

i've never had a problem with the mechanix wear gloves they sell at all the autoparts stores... although they do have higher dollar models if you search online.
i actually like rubber gloves MUCH more than mechanic gloves. especially when building engines.
