Make someone a mod who will actually do the site some good not just brag "i am a supermod", log on for god sake to do what he/she is suppose to do or be on the site regularly to lay down the smack as needed. At the same time is on cool notes with the peeps on the site, not just a hardass all the time (can take a Joke, and joke at the same time). Blunt, responsive, laid back, mature, 21+, outstanding personality, and who has been on here for a good bit of time. If you haven't caught on i was talking about myself haha.
