the weight has to come on your part. you're body finds a personal "liking" example. there was a while there where i was 157 and i could eat 24/7 and just never gained a pound. but eventually that wore off. either way you're body kinda puts of a barrier of sorts and you have to try new ways to make it work harder and gain muscle/burn calories. example i can only run another o... 2 months maybe and lose weight. after that i'll either have to double the distance or find something new. hoping by then that i can get into swimming laps again. i used to swim 30+ laps a day and that helped alot. it was the best thing i could do.

also, check out jumping rope, on a trampoline, stairs, sprints, boxing/kicking against a standing/weighted dummy. all those things work different stuff and none of it is easy as it sounds lol. try kicking a standing dummy as hard as you can for 1 minute straight
