i have the same build as most of the guys in my family. (half chose the workout route, the other have chose the betty crocker route) my cousin is 175 with 3% body fat and his dad is 225 with 7% body fat. now my other cousins are like 200 with 23% body fat and their dad is like 255 with 36% or more. so sadly i have to keep on it if i wanna maintain it. no super fast metabloism for me but yeah i'm around like 13% now maybe 1-2 more or less. but thats far from what i was a LOOOONG time ago. if i can be 11% i'll be happy. i don't need no frickin 6 pack and what not, a solid build is all i'm lookin for
