Default Does Anyone Deal With MetroPCS

It's so odd but my father's phone's voicemail password keeps getting changed without him doing anything. My father thinks someone has gotten into the phone and is being able to change the phone's password but I was wondering if there is any way to stop this or if this is even possible. Also how do you change the voicemail password on this phone?

    It is possible.

Most phone companies use the last 7 numbers (your phone number minus the area code) as the VM password.

What he needs to do is call, have it reset, then call into the Voicemail and set the password to something no one else will know.
I'm just that guy that spends all his time printing.... T-shirts, banners, vinyl, etc.
