    yeah but if that car has 250k miles on it think about how many times that plug has been in an out too?

    things dont last forever!!!


    When something comes into the shop and either looks or feels strip I let the customer know right then, that way you can either make some money or atleast the customer knows about it and can't bitch later..


    If they let that car leave with out telling the customer about a problem and it comes back a few days they have to take care of it if not sue them and you will win this case!

    Thats my point, if they told him or wrote it on the ticket! he and I will not be this pissed! now he has to pressure wash the drive way, because of HOA!
