Why would somebody give you this guys number when you dont even know his name?..Obviously if he hasnt returned your pm in weeks then He Obviously does not want to do business with you

The PM's aren't confirmed, meaning he just hasn't checked them. Usually when someone contacts you and is selling.....they want the business.
I would leave it be and let him contact you. Maybe he changed his mind or is busy?
