I just got done running for my second day in a row and starting over sucks. I have been lifting but not much cardio wise beside rec. sports during school. I hate having to break through the wall to get my endurance back up to where it should be for someone my age. I will prefer a good oval track and a ipod to the treadmill and the TV any day regardless though. Anybody else getting into shape as it warms up.

Though wished i weighed what i did about a year and a half ago. 6'0 198lbs then, then got up to 240lbs and back down to 221lbs! Another 21lbs to go!
