    Default Labor laws

Does anyone know the Labor laws in GA?

If I get paid commission on top of a base salary, and I have charge backs, is it legal for my boss to take charge backs out of my base salary?

And, what are the stipulations on unemployment?

How are you not eligible for it?
I'm just that guy that spends all his time printing.... T-shirts, banners, vinyl, etc.

Dude, definately visit their website or just go down and hit the lines. There are a couple stipulations regarding elgibility for unemployment. The main ones being reason for leaving job, salary over a 4-tier window they construct, etc.
