So - I'm going to jump into a little bit of my personal bidness and share it with everyone... (Please do not post stupid, kiddy remarks about my bitties, kthx)

I went to the Dr. last Friday for a few issues I've been having including some pain in my left breast. The Dr. did an exam only to discover a pretty large lump. I had done some self exams, but didn't know what a lump felt like. (It's not like a bulge, you can't see it, and to the untrained eye, you never know what a lump actually feels like.)

So, yesterday I was scheduled for a mammogram. (The average woman shouldn't really start getting mammograms until their 40s: I'm only 24.) When I arrived, the Dr. treated it casually and said sometimes women my age just "have lumpy breasts." So he ordered for me to do an ultrasound first and then if necessary he wanted me to do a mammogram. No biggie. I did the ultrasound and the Dr. said he didn't like what he was seeing, so I had a mammogram right after. (Which by the way, women that say they are painful are FULL OF SHIT! It didn't hurt AT ALL!)

I won't get my results back until Friday, but it is very possible that I have some form of Breast Cancer.

Breast cancer is not common in my family; however, other forms of cancer are.

Please just keep me and my "bitty" in your prayers/thoughts (not your dreams/nightmares).
