    Hmm.... I dont really get it, are they just being overcautious because of the N.O. situation or is Houston really supposed to get messed up? Anyways.... if I was there I'd say fuck it and stay home... no point in getting in that crazy ass traffic and not going anywhere.

    I used to live outside of Houston for 9yrs in a place called Friendswood and whenever it rained hard there were alot of areas that flooded in and around Houston.The weather channel was saying that Rita might do a circle over Houston and head southwest. But now it doesnt look like that.

    I'd hate to have been there during the evacuation rush, Houston's traffic was wild enough on a normal day when I was there a couple years back.
