anybody have a dock on a lake?

I am trying to replicate a photographer's work for a class. I would like to shoot on a dock on a quiet lake with not much lighting (like houses nearby). So I think lanier is out of the question, unless there is some dark corner of the lake i can go to. It also will be at night.

So does anyone have something like this you want to let me perch my gear at for a couple hours this weekend? Thanks for anything!

my neighbor has a dock on a small pond lol not a lake though if that would work.
