    Default Think the neighborhood would mind?

    If I were to drag a water hose out to the street and water it down and video the result of their Monday morning commute?

    I mean, it's already an icy snow mix out there and crunching as they drive by...it's actually really loud and annoying so I'm thinking a solid sheet of ice would be quieter too. It's only a slight down hill grade...kinda.

    i did it at my old apt steps she had a loud ass dog and it was driving me crazy too bad i leave too early in the morning to see if she fell
