    Maybe so, but if I did the 2nd gen up I wanted a LS1 swap with A/C, power steering, 6 speed, etc... way more money than I have.

    i would have cleaned it up and put in a 383 with a TH400,call it a day

    I was just DD'ing a a civic with no heat, power steering, a/c, etc... I know what's up. I wanted a car with all the luxuries. I have a 69 datsun with NOTHING if I wanted to drive a car with no options.
