It's just speeding/weaving/drifting(?) through traffic is not condoned by anyone on this site because it kills. The dumbass with the red integra in the news last year can attest for that.

If anything, I use mine only as an added security against cops who want to reach their monthly quota by pulling me over for going 5-6 miles above the speed limit.

But yea, if you're fallin' as buck to get the k40 AND get it installed, go for that. Most cars I see those on are 70-80k+

Yea man, I would say the calibre k40 is the ultimate source of protection since it jams/blind lasers and pick up all types of radars. But the best deal I ever found on one is like $500 and you have to get it installed professionally (1100-1200ish).. or you can try to do it yourself which takes like 5-6 hours

You really dont have to buy a radar. Just get aluminum foil and stuff into your wheels and engine. The aluminum reflects the lasers, sonars, radars, and gammas so no one can stop you.

i have the 969 i think it is, and it's awesome.
it picks up vg2, spectre one, k, ku, ka, x, and four different pro laser signals, so it's more than enough for me. plus it has a built in compass, a dimmer for night driving, auto off so you don't have to worry about it draining your battery if you don't turn it off yourself, and city and highway modes.
i don't see any reason to spend more on a valentine or a passport but if i was going to get a more expensive one, i'd get the passport.

No one here has "got amit" anything. The majority of people on here don't weave/drift/speed when it's not appropriate (ie, when other cars are around.)

I've never seen or heard of anyone who's been pulled over for going 6 over, unless they were doing something absolutely stupid like revving their engine at the cop

Anyway, I think you should go ahead and get a laser jammer. While you're at it, consider why they're camouflaged as "parking assist systems"....it couldn't POSSIBLY be because of how pissed off a cop will be if they figure out you have one.

And if you think they won't notice something's up when their laser is jammed and there's only one car on the road, and it's a plainly obvious 350z...well.

Plus, if you're speeding and they want to pull you over, fuck the gun, they'll pull you over for something like reckless driving. That's all the cop's opinion. Or too fast for conditions. You might say that all you have to do is go to court and get out of that one, but you still have to waste the time and energy to go to court and get out of it.

Bottom line, if a cop wants to pull you over, a laser jammer or radar detector or whatever won't help.

That not all the time ture. The whole point of the system is to save you from having to pay the fine. IF the cop pulls too many people over for b.s reason they get looked at closer. Most cops will write you a warning or let you go. I have a friend who they wrote on the ticket for speed other and It did not fly well with the judge at all. The point is cops pick and choose there battles. There human just like the rest of us. They have a boss just like the rest of us. So they treat there job seriously just like the rest of us. They can't go writing a million j walking tickets or bs shit. They might just write one or two but that it.
