now im all for people taking up for there actions but 11 years old, that is too young imo to be charged as an adult. he cant be judge by a jury of his peers unless theres a bunch a 11 year olds in the jury.
He killed a woman and her baby..... I think he deserves life in prison. He's 11 years old, he know's exactly what the hell he did and just because of his age, doesn't mean he shouldn't be punished to the fullest for killing two people. I do, however, think he should be held in a youth prison or WDC until 18. Then shipped to a max. prison until he dies.

The question is what kind of charges is the person who supplied the GUN to an 11YR OLD going to get?!!??! WTF! No kid that age should have access to such.
The kid does deserve to be punished, but I am not sure that life isn't going to happen. You know how the justice system sucks in this country. Not sure of that states laws though. Either way. It is murder. He is obviously guilty. Damn dad probably is the one of bought the kid the gun and caused it. Even if a child that age had a gun, it should be locked up unless under direct adult supervision and lock up otherwise.
This kind of ignorance disgust me. UGH.
well, see this leads to the argument that guns dont kill people, people kill people.
now then, teaching a kid to hunt, and having his own gun (thats locked up when not in use) is not bad. There is nothing wrong with that.
but how you raise a child, thats a completely different story.

I bet you that if he could take it all back, he would of just cleaned his room instead of trying to bump her off. j/k
Seriously though, he deserves it. They live in the country and he has his own gun. So you know he was shown how to use it and probably been hunting for years. It might be one thing if he was not aware of the seriousness of this or wasn't old enough to know, but I am sure he is fully aware of what he did.
Sad, sad, sad.
Everyone dies, not everyone lives...
