If you were drinking straight 100 proof vodka you would have the antiseptic action, but once you killed most of them the survivors would just repopulate. Because your mouth would be dry from the alcohol (the acidity/antibodies in saliva keeps germs in check)

The best thing to do is to use salt water in place of mouthwash. The salt water will kill most of the germs but not corrode your teeth or dry out your mouth.
Booze doesnt do shit to germs. My friend had 3 shots of vodka after surgery at a bar and got an infection from that
