No that's how it ended. A "friend" of Marks had his buddy who worked for Delta get Mark a Buddy pass so he could get the hell out of NYC. Mark showed up drunk, caused a scene and almost got his friend's friend fired for his trouble. But it's ok because Mark is sueing Delta and has the entire Airforce on his side because they witnessed the whole thing.

I may be off on a few details... It's been a while.

The lesson from all this is...
