I'm also down.. Jan 5th I started going back to the gym on a more serious note.. Last year I would go a couple times a week maybe..
Now it's 5 days a week at lunch and then I have a salad and sometimes sushi at lunch.. For dinner it's usually boneless chicken stir fry with veggies and a salad or butterflied pork in a stir fry.. Then some lowfat yogurt for desert.
I'm down 15lbs in 6 weeks which doesn't sound like a lot but I also only need to lose about another 15 more for my goal of 185
