The ford vs chevy battle is a cycle IMO. Early Ford was much better, then chevy took lead, then in th 80's ford was better, 90's chevy, 02-09 ford was better. now we'll see if chevy can take back over with the camaro coming out.

Thats not a fair comparison at all. You could buy 3 new Mustang GT's for the price of 1 Z06.

Aren't they like 70kish? I would assume a new GT is 30kish. It's not like I started the competition of the two cars, it's a timeless rivalry.

Not exactly 3.

I'd say 2 because the dealers seem to be really proud of their, "P51, Cobra, Bullett, Saleen, Roush, Shelby, Steeda, and whatouthernot" Mustang and are charging a huge premium.

Im not gonna compare the Z06 to a standard GT because that would be like comparing a 911 to a stock BMW 330.

His was pretty basic, just a 5 speed GT with leather. Sticker was 29k IIRC, and he drove it off the lot for a notch over 23k.

Eh, a GT500 would be the closest I'd say, but still wouldn't be an even comparison honestly. The Z06 has basically the entire Mustang line beat, but then again the Mustang was never really competition for the Corvette, moreso the Camaro.
