Ranch owner was justified and illegals don't have the same rights as Americans.
Illegals have rights as well even though they are braking the law.

Folks, while we have had an interesting debate over here, the issue is simple. This man had every right in the world to preserve and protect HIS PROPERTY. That's all this should be about. Whether if be from illegals or plain old prowlers or cattle rustlers....HE HAS THE RIGHT, NO THE OBLIGATION, TO PROTECT HIS FAMILY AND PROPERTY.
