THEY DONT WANT TO LOAN OUT MONEY AND THEY HAVE ALREADY HAD THEIR BAILOUT, PRIMARILY TO HELP US, BUT THEY STILL WOULDNT LEND THE MONEY. THEN ALL THE SCANDELS THAT BROKE OUT, AND ALSO THE JOB LAYOFFS..SO YEA. ITS ON US, BUT ALSO THE LENDERS
