Weed would be hard to legalize but it could be done just like with making alcohol it should be illegal to grow weed but buyin it fine i guess and tax it.
I did hear an intersting suggestion once that if they were going to make illegals legal I say there should be a process once they are found and within that process make them pay higher taxes somehow. That way they will be contributing whether they like it or not. I mean i have no sympathy if you got your ass here illegally and fuck shit up you can at least pay for it.
Sad part is that its very unlikely something seriously will ever be done until it gets real bad and both sides of the political spectrum gets off their ass.
