Default Does anyone else notice this or is it just me?

As I get older I have to watch what I eat. Things that I used to be able to eat triple portions of , just totally messes up my stomach.

I.E., Taco Bell. I used to be able to plow down five or six tacos, even up to ten, and be fine. I eat a burrito supreme and a hardshell taco. My stomach starts a circus. And spicy foods, holy crap, cuts through me like a steak knife through warm butter. Krystal Burgers, gives me gut rot.

I used to be able to drink coffee in the morning and be fine all day. Now, I drink 1/2 a cup and 30mins later I am punishing a toilet. It doesn't really make sense to me.

I find that I also have to watch what I eat. Things I could eat when I was younger now destroy me. It's all about what you put in, Fruits and other healthy stuff I'm good with but eat something highly fatty or greasy game over. I tend to avoid that stuff when I'm out now as nothing ruins a day faster that sitting on the throne after a meal.

I was fine until I started eating healthy. Now I'll crave a cheeseburger, a steak, some bacon, or some taco bell. But once I actually eat it, I feel miserable. I get sleepy, and feel like I want to puke.

I've always had to watch what I eat. Its just something everyone should do unless you have a crazy metabolism that lets you eat anything. lol

WOW....LOL. I can eat spicy food all day long. I eat my breakfast with Texas Pete's Hot Sauce...does nothing to me. But, if I eat Popeyes Spicy chicken (BTW...is not spicy in my mouth at all) I have to blow up the toilet and it burns for hours...I dunno why.

im still at age (20) where i can pretty much garble down any food i want. but i do have to excersize liek a motherfucker. if i get lazy for 3 days, i pack on 7 pounds. if i eat "good" food aka junkfood, i make myself run a few miles, pushups, pullups all typw of shit.

I used to eat junk food all day long to try to gain weight, Now I eat alot of protein and drink milk and I gained 30 pounds. I thought I was stuck skinny my whole life and come to find out I was eating the wrong stuff. I guess it pays to eat healthy.
