    Default If you were the boss....

    and you had an extremely sick employee. What would you do? Send them home? make them go to the doc?

    I have the flu, and called my boss...."come on in today, son." Here I am throwing up, coughing, ect ect and working on cars....this is bullshit, I need to be home in bed.....

    I am the boss at my place. If someone is really sick I usually send them to the doc. If they dont' want to and just want ot go home them I just let them go. When your sick you're sick. What are you supposed to do? World won't end over 1 missing employee. Sorry to hear your boss is an ass. Feel better.
