He did bring up race on at least one set of stump speeches during the campaing. The ones where he was meantioning that he does look like the other faces on the currency. If that isnt considered dropping the race card then nothing is.

As far as the race card is concerned, black people should be proud. Its only natural to say "there is one of my people in the highest office in the land". There is nothign wrong with that, Asians would be the same way. Spanish would be the same way.

As far as the card not being able to be pulled, IMO that goes for BOTH sides, as BOTH sides, White and black, republican and democrat, both like to use it to their advantage.
